ELEVEN has partnered with Springboard Studio at Massachusetts General Hospital to identify pressing clinical needs and guide a rapid design process to create actionable solutions. We’ve developed and facilitated a successful series of co-creation sessions with doctors, nurses, administrators and patients, enabling the end user to drive the innovation process.

By conducting user research, developing templates to capture ideas, synthesizing data points, and designing effective communication pieces, our team has aided in the effort to solve challenges and accelerate the cycle from idea to patient impact. To date, our work in the areas of prior authorizations and the inpatient experience has informed compelling solutions that are gaining support for implementation.
